QuanFi VMS – Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

1. Permitted use

Use QuanFi VMS only for lawful business purposes related to managing your organization’s vendors, suppliers, and internal workflows.

2. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

1. Violate any law or regulation
2. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
3. Store or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that exploits minors
4. Harass, threaten, or incite violence
5. Transmit malware, spyware, or phishing content
6. Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
7. Interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g., DDoS, unreasonable load)
8. Bypass seat limits, plan gates, billing, or security controls
9. Share accounts to avoid paying for seats
10. Scrape the Service by automated means except via documented APIs we provide
11. Process payment card data inside free-text fields in violation of PCI rules (use approved payment flows only)
12. Upload data you do not have rights to process
13. Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement
14. Use AI features to generate unlawful content or to make automated decisions that are legally prohibited without human oversight

3. Customer Data responsibilities

You must not upload secrets you are forbidden to share with processors (unless under a written arrangement), and you must configure roles so only appropriate staff can see sensitive vendor data.

4. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to support@quanfi.app.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, suspend users or organizations, and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.
