This Disclaimer applies to QuanFi VMS websites, documentation, demos, and the Service.

1. General

The Service and all related content are provided for general business productivity purposes. Nothing on our websites or in the product constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Financial, investment, or accounting advice
• Certified compliance, audit, or regulatory approval
• A guarantee of vendor fitness, solvency, or security posture

You are solely responsible for decisions made using information in the Service.

2. Vendor and procurement decisions

QuanFi VMS helps you organize vendor records, documents, tasks, and workflows. You remain responsible for:

• Due diligence on vendors
• Contract negotiation and execution
• Regulatory obligations in your industry
• Record-keeping requirements under law

3. Documents and certificates

Uploading or storing certificates, tax forms, insurance, or contracts does not mean we have verified authenticity, validity, or coverage. Expiry reminders are tools to assist you; they may fail or be incomplete. Always verify critical dates and documents independently when material.

4. AI-assisted features

AI extraction and related tools may produce errors, omissions, or outdated interpretations. Outputs are suggestions only. A qualified human must review before relying on them for business, legal, or compliance purposes. QuanFi is not liable for actions taken solely on unreviewed AI output, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Availability and accuracy

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of dashboards, or that every feature will remain available. Metrics and reports may lag or depend on data you entered.

6. Third-party links and integrations

Links to third-party sites or optional integrations are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or practices.

7. No professional relationship

Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client, auditor-client, or fiduciary relationship between you and QuanFi.

8. Limitation

This Disclaimer works together with the Terms of Service limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers. If there is a conflict, the Terms control for contractual liability.
