QuanFi Mobile Overview
On mobile, QuanFi VMS gives you access to the same organization data as the desktop web app, through your phone’s browser (or a Home Screen shortcut).
What you can do on mobile

Best uses for mobile
- Check an overdue follow-up before a call
- Look up a vendor contact or status on the go
- Confirm a document expiry warning
- Complete a simple task
Better on desktop (web)
- Bulk vendor setup
- Large PDF uploads
- Complex filters and reporting
- Billing, seat upgrades, and admin settings
- Contract and compliance configuration
Navigation tips
- Use the sidebar menu (may collapse on small screens — open the menu control if present).
- Prefer search when you know the vendor name.
- Landscape mode helps when reading tables.
