Getting Started

Install or Update the QuanFi Mobile Experience

QuanFi VMS is built primarily as a web application. You can use it on phones and tablets through a mobile browser. A dedicated native app (App Store / Google Play) may be offered later; until then, use the steps below.

Use QuanFi on your phone (recommended today)

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Go to your QuanFi VMS URL.
  3. Log in.
  4. (Optional) Tap the Share button → Add to Home Screen to open it like an app icon.
  5. To “update,” refresh the page or clear Safari cache if something looks stuck, then revisit the URL (the web app updates when we deploy).

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Go to your QuanFi VMS URL.
  3. Log in.
  4. (Optional) Chrome menu → Add to Home screen / Install app if your browser offers it.
  5. To refresh the experience, pull to refresh or reopen the site after a product update.

Requirements

  • Stable internet connection
  • Supported mobile browser (current Safari or Chrome recommended)
  • Same account email and password as on the web

If you cannot open the site on mobile

When a native QuanFi Mobile App is available

If QuanFi publishes an App Store or Play Store app, this article will be updated with:

  • Download links
  • Minimum OS versions
  • How to update from the store
  • How to sign in with the same organization account

Until then, mobile browser + optional Home Screen icon is the supported mobile path.
